GLOSSARY
The sizes of Italian posters are different and they depend on the epochs when they were printed.
There are three important kinds of advertisement, which were given to the theatres, that are very well liked by the collectors: - LOCANDINA (insert)

The locandina is introduced only in the post-war period and its sizes are 13 x 28 inch. Normally it is one for every film. Rarely are there two different locandina for the same film. It is almost always drawn.

- 19 x 27 inch (50 x 70 cm) (from the fifties onwards)
- 27 x 39 inch (70 x 100 cm) (double lobby card)
The manifesto may be drawn or photographic. In accordance with the epocs the sizes are:- 1/2 sheet - 19 x 27 inch (50 x 70 cm)
